TRI-COR provides help desk, data entry, report retrieval, quality assurance and system administration support for RCRAInfo, BRState and RCATS databases resident within the EPA/RCRA Branch, as well as user assistance to EPA Regional and State personnel for RCRAInfo, RCRARep and BRState databases. TRI-COR also creates and updates administrative records for the RCRA Branch, as well as processing a wide variety of Freedom of Information (FOIAs) reports in response to public requests.
