TRI-COR supports the Computerized Adaptive Testing Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (CAT-ASVAB) Systems Program. Services include:
System Maintenance at TRI-COR Depot Maintenance Facility in O'Fallon, IL.
Hardware/software testing/analysis
Depot overhaul
On-site maintenance and repair
Full logistics support

TRI-COR pre-loads supplied software from USMEPCOM to allow the system to recognize the hard disk, if it requires replacement.
TRI-COR provides 24-hour turn-around on all parts ordered from the TCRF.
Fault determination is defined as equipment shipped into the TCRF for TRI-COR to perform a fault diagnosis, remove and replace (RnR) defective parts and ship back to the customer. These repairs are completed at TCRF within 3 working days. The repaired system is returned to the original office with actual shipping charges being applied to the cost of the repairs.

TRI-COR provides analysis and technical support when CAT-ASVAB hardware needs to be updated or replaced based upon the needs of the HQ USMEPCOM/MIM director or his/her designated representatives.
