TRI-COR supports a variety of telecommunications and information technology work to supplement the work performed by the NWS, Systems Operations Division. It is a broad-based task managed by work orders and provides the client maximum flexibility. This work is done on an on-call basis, based on requirements detailed in work orders. Work may be done on or off site. Typical work under this task may include software installation, equipment configuration, client training, help desk support, or any other facility management work that falls within the scope of the contract.
