GSA, National Customer Service Center

Under this Task Order, TRI-COR operates in the Federal Supply Service, National Customer Service Center. TRI-COR personnel answer telephones and GSA Advantage website inquiries from both Government and Military agencies worldwide. Information is provided to the customer covering issues such as order/stock status, shipment/schedule information and billing/credit card reconciliation. TRI-COR inputs information from customer inquiries/complaints into a Sybase application. TRI-COR personnel provide financial adjustments and close cases when appropriate. TRI-COR also provides administrative and clerical support including data entry. TRI-COR provides the necessary resources to respond to requests for Multiple Award Schedule vendor pricelists and other documents in accordance with prescribed procedures.
