TRI-COR will provide, on a bi-monthly basis, written progress reports on the 1st and 15th of each month that will contain a narrative of work performed, major accomplishments, problems encountered and solutions effected. Additionally, each monthly report shall include a billing statement detailing the number of hours worked and costs incurred for the current period for each labor category, as well as a statement of cumulative labor hours and costs.

TRI-COR will provide on-going technical assistance in the maintenance operation of the HOPS system. This includes configuration management of source code, assisting staff and identifying and resolving both software and hardware problems.

TRI-COR will provide HOPS Phase II development of application enhancements and modified system requirements identified during Phase I such as, but not exclusively, enhancing the batch processing module for historical tracking modifying the loan edit error handling to be a collection process rather than a serial process. TRI-COR shall ensure code modification produces an error-free system that does not violate existing requirements.

TRI-COR will provide HOPS design and development of new functionality that were identified during Phase I system testing and as they are identified during the Phase II production process such as but not exclusively developing the claims supplemental tracking module. TRI-COR shall ensure new development produces an error-free system that does not violate existing requirements.

TRI-COR will perform maintenance of the HOPS production system through configuration management of code and application design, fixing application and data discrepancies and modification and rigorous testing of existing HOPS web, Oracle and Crystal Reports code to ensure application is error-free and data consistency and integrity.
