GREAT NEWS TRI-COR Industries Inc. is expanding!
Recently, TRI-COR Industries, Inc. opened a new customer outreach Call Center located on the campus of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (SIUE), Illinois. The SIEU Call Center provides support for market research and customer satisfaction research for Westgate Research, Inc. TRI-COR will be providing market research services, through Westgate Research, for other companies including The Weather Channel and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
Westgate was the original designer of the “Enterprise” approach for measuring customer satisfaction. Their approach was studied by a Harvard professor and eventually evolved into a world famous book on the best way to measure customer feedback, The Ultimate Question by Fred Reichheld.

The SUIE Call Center has an initial capacity of 45 workstations and is staffed with approximately 60 call center agents and four supervisors.
