Organizations invest significant resources in training courses. Participants clear their calendars and are eager to learn. Unfortunately, when they return to the daily demands of their jobs, the hope of applying new ideas often fades away. TRI-COR carries training beyond the classroom. We believe that in order for new ideas and concepts to be fully grasped, they must be integrated into the learner's daily routine. Combining a controlled learning environment and practical applications of the subject system with the work routine has paid valuable dividends for TRI-COR customers.
We use a traditional training method and follow the five-step Instructional System Design (ISD) process--Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate--as a standardized training approach. We also use the Industry Standard Cognitive Learning Levels to ensure that we develop and present our training materials in a manner that is understandable to the learning audience. All of our training programs are standardized to ensure consistent and quality training, although our trainers personalize these products to maximize individual talents. Our trainers create new training methods to enhance the learning experience. Presentations, student handouts, and presentation techniques are tailored to make training a positive and informative experience.
TRI-COR's training managers hold degrees in Workforce Education, and many of our trainers have been awarded Training Specialist Certificates from college-level programs, that certify individuals in areas such as Adult Learning, Performance Gap Analysis, Instructional Systems Design, Interpersonal Relationship Skills, Program Development and Evaluation, Presentation Skills, and Consulting.
All TRI-COR trainers are platform instructors and functional experts who are involved in every facet of course development to include: interpreting requirements, fielding strategies, conducting site surveys, application design reviews, analyzing and creating initial and recurring user training programs, and conducting classroom training for the functional users and system administrators who maintain subject systems.
TRI-COR is prepared to conduct training in any environment.
